Warm welcome from our Founder,
Multiple world Champion
I believe that BJJ helps to build strength of character in children, teaches them to be responsible for their actions, and to make their own decisions. Of course, it is a great sport and self-defense art, but the most important thing that BJJ does is to help build a strong individual overall. On top of that, if you have more time with a good teacher the young will grow to be better technically and stronger athletes, so we are building future champions and improving the level of BJJ in the world.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ( BJJ )

Brazilian jiu-jitsu, BJJ, is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique – most notably by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the other person. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling tournaments (gi and no-gi) and mixed martial arts (MMA) competition or self defense. Sparring (commonly referred to as "rolling") and live drilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance, especially in competition, in relation to progress and ascension through its ranking system.

Sport Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu's focus on submissions without the use of strikes while training allows practitioners to practice at full speed and with full power, resembling the effort used in a real competition. Training methods include technique drills in which techniques are practiced against a non-resisting partner; isolation sparring, commonly referred to as positional drilling, where only a certain technique or sets of techniques are used, and full sparring in which each opponent tries to submit their opponent using any legal technique.

Jeet Kune Do, (The Way of The Intercepting Fist) was Developed by the late Bruce Lee. The original idea was to create something that would free the individual from styles or systems, to give the individual the tools, the concept, to develop him/herself as an individual and to give them the choice to "Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is specifically your own." JKD borrows form the essence and strengths of many fighting arts including those used today in the ubiquitous UFC, such as Muay Thai, Western Boxing, Wrestling, and Jiu-jitsu. All of this, taking place way before the UFC was around. Bruce Lee and JKD were far ahead of their time back in 1972. And even though mixed martial arts were practiced way before the Buce Lee era, it was Bruce Lee who not only open the door, but rather created the door for what we now know and have regarding Martial Arts. Bruce Lee was always refining his art, and most likely he would still be refining it if he was alive today. That's what many, including his number one student, training partner and friend Guro Dan Inosanto, have done all these years, constant refining of the art. That's what some of us aim at doing. JKD is not just trapping, trapping is just another tool. JKD is limitless "having no way as way and having no limitation as limitation." JKD is more about the development of the individual both physically and mentally through training.
